You may use this service at your own discretion and risk. Using the service requires a valid ATProto / Bluesky account. Winesky does not provide you with one.
Winesky does not maintain your images, beyond temporarily downloading them for analysis as required. Your wine images are stored on your account's Personal Data Server, and ensuring their long-term availability and security is up to you and your PDS service provider.
This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information obtained through the service.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
